Nära is for conversations between people who have met in person. By creating an account you agree to this policy. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour.

You agree not to

• Send content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory
• Send sexually explicit material or content that exploits or harms minors in any way
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent who you are
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempt to access another user's account, keys, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, or use it to distribute malware
• Use Nära for any illegal purpose

Enforcement

You can block any contact from the conversation menu — blocking immediately prevents them from sending you further messages. You can report any contact from the same menu; reports reach our moderation inbox and are reviewed within 24 hours. We act on substantiated reports by removing content and ejecting offending accounts from the service.

Termination

We may suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate this policy, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
